By accessing or using Yardly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Yardly is a directory and marketplace platform for garage sales, estate sales, auctions, and similar events.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the content of their listings. Yardly does not verify the accuracy of listings or the quality of items sold. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers; Yardly is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from them.
3. Prohibited Content
Users may not post illegal, offensive, or misleading content. Yardly reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion.
4. Paid Services
Yardly offers "Boosts" and featured placements for listings. These are digital services provided at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Limitation of Liability
Yardly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.
